2. Cloud2Connect is not liable for problems under Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
3. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us via e-mail service@cloud2connect.net), if the order is unshipped, then the customer service will help you. You only have 1 hour after the order to make a cancellation and you will pay 10% fee of the amount of the order cancelled. After one hour we will not be able to cancel the order.
